All messages sent from ClubRight to your customers and staff members.

Customer Messages 

 

- Booking email 

Sent when a customer books into an activity. 

 

- Booking Reminder 

Sent 24 hours before the start of an activity. Also sent 1 hour before if they customer booked in within 24 hours of the start. 

 

- Booking Cancellation email

Sent when a customers booking is removed for an activity. 

 

- Membership confirmation email 

Sent when a customer purchases a membership plan. If sold in the club you will need to send the confirmation manually by clicking 'send confirmation email' on the summary page. 

 

- Membership freeze email 

Sent when a customer freezes a membership plan. 

 

- New award email 

Sent when a customer receives a new award. 

 

- Till receipt email

Sent when a customer purchases a product 

 

- Waiting list email 

Sent when an activity is fully booked and joins the waiting list. 

 

- Space available 

Sent to those on the waiting list when a space becomes free. First come first serve.

 

- Welcome email 

Sent when a customer joins online 

 

Staff messages

These can be selected in the club info tab. 

- Booking instructor email 

Sent to an instructor when a customer books into an activity. 

- New prospect email

Sent to owner level profiles when someone signs up online

-new member email 

Sent to owner level profiles when someone signs up to a membership plan.
