Member cannot login - How to retrieve your (or your member's) password!

Have you, or one of your members, forgotten your password? Don't worry, there's an easy fix!

All you need to do is navigate to your unique log-in page on the web-browser and click 'Forgot Password', enter the email address you used to register, and then click the link in your email to create a new password. It's that simple! 😀

1. Click on the forgot password button

2. Enter your email into the box

3. Click the link in the email 

4.Enter your email and a new password you want to use to sign in
