Adding a member to a booking

To add a member to an booking in your clubs diary, select Diary from the menu on the left of the screen.

 

Within the diary, locate the booking event you'd like to add the member to.  You then have the option to either click the clipboard icon on the left or double-click the panel to open the event settings.  

 

To add the member as an attendee, click the booking tab, and start typing their name in the search box. As you start typing, ClubRight will intelligently present potential members from the database. 

 

Once you've located the desired member, click on their name and they will be booked in. 

As soon as they've been added, the member will now receive an email confirming their booking.

Taking payment for a booking

If the activity is chargeable or not included in the member's current plan, you can click 'add to till'. then on the till select the credit and take the payment/ 

 

Removing a member from a booking

First of all, you need to locate the booking in the club's diary by going to the diary icon on the left, then click on the booking the customer is in.

Now press the bin icon next to the customer's name.

They will receive a booking cancellation email.

If the customer is using credits then it will give this credit back
