How to message members through the diary
How to messages customers who are booked in.
It can sometimes be challenging to get class spaces filled, especially during quieter periods.
That's why we've made it super easy to communicate with members that might be interested in booking upcoming activities. Neil talks through how easy it is in the video below!
As you can see above, classes are clearly colour coded by attendance, in line with your settings in each activity's page.
After clicking "View" next to any activity you will be brought to the summary page for that activity, we want to look at the below.
Two options immediately available to you, are to message all attendees, potentially pushing them to inviting friends and family to come along to these classes with open slots.
The other option, is to send a message out to previous attendees from the last 30 days, inviting them to come along again!
