How to apply a joint membership plan
This allows a lead member to purchase a membership plan, then you can attach another member to this to give them access to the club.
How to Sell a Joint Membership Plan?
Firstly create the lead member who will pay for the plan
Add the joint membership plan to the account.
Then create an account for the joint member who you want to join onto the joint membership.
Click the membership tab
Add new membership
Now scroll down and click the add button next to the lead members name
This has now linked the joint member to the lead member.
Once you choose add, the page will show like this;
click here to setup a joint membership plan
What happens if the Membership Plan in Inactive?
When the payment is missed by the Lead Payer of the joint plan all those associated with the plan are denied access to the clubs facilities which includes making online bookings. The only bookings that can be made are when payment is taken by card as the lead payer is not active.
