How to send a message when a member has not visited recently.

How to send a message to a member who has not been in the club recently.

 

This is a complete feature only

 

Firstly go to the settings

Then click the message automation tab 

Now create a new message

Now on the right-hand side change 'trigger' to 'last visit' 

Now under the changed setup 'how many' to the number of days after the last visit you would like to send the message. For example 7 days after the last visit. 

 

 

Then on the left-hand side you can now click 'send message'

Then click the way you would like to send the message to the customer. For example email, SMS, push notifications, etc. 

Now you can write up your message, then save the changes.
