How to send an automatic message when someone signs up as a prospect online

How to email someone who signed up online.

A prospect is someone who signs up online however does not sign up for any membership plan or purchase any products. 

Firstly go to the settings

Click 'message automations' and setup a new message

Then on the right hand side change trigger to 'joined as a prospect'

You can change 'how many' to how long after they signed up would you like to send the message. 

You can setup reference to 'lifetime' 

Now on the right hand side, click send message 

Now click the way you would like to message the prospect such as email, sms etc

Write up your message

And save
