How to send out a message when someone starts a membership plan

How to automatically message new members

Firstly go to the settings

Then click on the message automation tab, and create a message

Now on the right hand side change 'trigger' to 'started membership'

Where is shows 'how many' to the number of days after you would like to send the message

Now change reference to lifetime

You can also then select a specific membership plan to send this to 

On the left hand, side click send a message

Select the way you would like to send the message such as emails, sms etc 

Then write up your message 

And save
