How to setup an automatic birthday message

How to send a message when it is a customers birthday.

Firstly you will go to the settings. 

Then click on the message automation tab. 

Now add a new message 

On the right-hand side change 'trigger' to 'member birthday'. 

Now under member birthday have this setup how many to 0 days after. 

This will now send out the trigger when it is the customer's birthday 

Now on the left-hand side click 'send a message'. 

You can then click how you would like to send the message such as send email, SMS, push notification etc. 

Then write up the message you would like to send out.

Now save the message trigger
