Online Activity Browser Check-in / Kiosk

This self-serve Kiosk solution is perfect for clubs without access control, but still wanting their customers to check-in on arrival to a class, such as at a Martial Arts Club or Boutique Studio etc.

 

There is no need for your members to have access to a Members App with QR code, or Membership cards/tags, or even having to remember a membership number - Simply ask the Member to find their name (& Photo) on the Kiosk screen, click it and then click again to confirm that they are checking in.

 

What do you need?

  • A recent Tablet (Running the latest software available), or a Touch screen device. Whichever you choose, it must be connected to to the internet (Wired or WiFi). Please follow the steps below for set up.

How to set it up

  1. Using the device that you want your Kiosk screen open on, log in to your ClubRight system using an Owner/Admin account.

  2. Go to Settings > Club Info > Club Access (Tab) and click on the box to "Enable browser check-in".

  3. Next, click "Save Changes" and refresh the screen.

  4. You can then access the Kiosk screen by...

    1. Going to Settings > Club Info > Apps (Tab) and clicking "Open" on the box that says "Activity Browser Check-In".

    2. This opens the Kiosk screen in a new window, which allows you to go back to your main Dashboard and then log out and close that page down, leaving only the Kiosk window open for security.

  5. This is ready then ready to use.

     

     

Please note:

  • Customers will need to have booked onto the activity online, or via their Member App, or have been added to an activity by a member of staff at your club for them to appear on the Kiosk screen.

  • The Kiosk will only display activities happening within the next 30-Minutes.

  • The screen automatically refreshes.

  • Anyone who has not paid, will be shown and you will need to check this on your online register, via the Diary on ClubRight.
