Physical product overview

how to setup a product which will be sold within the club

Firstly you will go to the settings 

Then click the products tab

Now click the add new product button 

Enter the name of the product 

Ensure product type is 'product' 

Basic options 

Till Name - If you would like to show this under another title on the admin till. 

Nominal code - allows you to group product sales together. Please set this up with your accountant. 

Group - allows you to select a product group. This will then show under the gorup on the till. 

Price - enter the price of the product 

VatRate - allow you to seup a vat rate to be included in the price

Stock level - enter in how much stock you have remaining

Stock warning level - will notifiy you that you may need to reorder on the reports

you can also add an image 

Advanced options 

Available to purchase for - select where a customer can purchase this item. As this is a physical product please set to till only. 

Bolt-on - Allow the product to be purchased with a membership plan
