How to use your members grid

The Members Grid within ClubRight can be used to quickly search for members and their member profiles, based on lots of different search terms. 

How to use the Grid

Members Grid

To search, click the search field, pointed to by the arrow above. Then enter any of the following and click refresh:

• Membership Number

• Membership Card Number

• Full Name (inc. First name or Surname only)

• Postcode

• Email Address

• Home Telephone Number

• Mobile Telephone Number

• DFC Reference Number 

• Harlands Reference Number 

You can also use any of the boxes along the top together to further filter down your results.

This helps to make locating your members and their profiles even more efficient! 👍

• Check in /Check Out

• New Booking

• New Membership

• New Purchase

• Add a note or message

• Member Profile
