Why is my member denied access.
Why is my member unable to enter the club
- Firstly please ensure the member has an active membership plan which is not overdue
Members grid > members profile > membership tab
- Now ensure the member is allowed to access the club, and allowed to access the club at this time.
settings > memberships > click on the plan > details > allows club access
settings > memberships > click on the plan > restrictions > is allowed in at this time
- If the customer has booked into an activity with a credit and no active plan please ensure this is at least 30 minutes before this is due to take plan
