The purpose of this call is to scope out and advise how the ClubRight integration operates.
Minimum requirements
Your Access control MUST be connected to a desktop Windows PC ONLY - It will not operate on an Apple Device.
The Windows PC MUST dedicated to access control only. Please ensure this is an up-to-date pc operating correctly without any problems. (Ideally not a Laptop)
You PC must have at least 6GB of physical memory (RAM).
Your PC must be hard wired directly into the internet router to ensure stability. We do keep a cache in case of an internet outage.
Ensure the pc does not automatically update and 'sleep mode' is not enabled.
Access control requirements
The controllers we support are the Nortech CRC 400 Controller series: 411, 412, 413, and 414. https://www.nortechcontrol.com/support/download-documents/product-documents/?productid=1685
NOTE The CRC 400 series whilst still in circulation has now been replaced by the Delta Quest which is backward compatible allowing this model to work seamlessly with ClubRight
IMPORTANT NOTE - Nortech only sell their controller products to the trade via the installers that are approved to do so. Please note: It is only the controller that is compatible with ClubRight, we do not approve or integrate with any of Nortech barcode/QR Code readers, it is only the controller that we approve.
